The Role:
We're looking for a newly experienced climbing arborist with 2-3 years of professional experience to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that values hands-on learning and offers the chance to grow under the mentorship of one of the industry's best resulting in running your own crew.
Responsibilities:
Climbing, rigging and tree removal in a variety of environments.
Perform pruning, shaping, deadwooding, and other tree maintenance tasks.
Stump grinding.
Operate chainsaws, chippers and other tools.
Conduct visual tree inspections to assess health, stability, and hazards.
Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
Collaborate with a small team to deliver top-quality work.
Supporting the crew.
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years of climbing and tree care experience.
Strong knowledge of pruning and tree removal techniques.
Proficiency in operating chainsaws and other equipment.
Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous tasks.
A clean, valid driver's license and can drive a truck with a trailer.
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.

After 3 months $1000 towards health care.
After 3 month gear allowance.

Schedule: March Start - Date TBD
Monday to Friday, 8-10 hour shifts.
Occasional emergency or storm work (optional)
Weekend work optional.
