Salary: $25- $30/hr DOE


Responsibilities:
+ Perform Qualification and Acceptance testing, as well as R&D testing. + Manage testing projects within project budgets and time lines.
+ Design and draft test jigs and fixtures using 3D software.
+ Interface with customers to set testing procedures and completion of schedule.
+ Interface with other team members, including skilled technicians, to achieve testing goals.
+ Manage testing and data collection, and write test reports.
+ Review and evaluate testing procedures and requirements
Perform other duties as assigned.


Realiser des essais de qualification, d'acceptation ainsi que des essais en R&D.Gerer des projets d'essais en respectant les budgets et les echeanciers. Concevoir et dessiner des montages d'essai et des gabarits a l'aide de logiciels 3D. Communiquer avec les clients pour definir les procedures d'essai et les echeances. Collaborer avec les membres de l'equipe, incluant des techniciens specialises, pour atteindre les objectifs d'essai. Gerer la realisation des tests, la collecte de donnees et rediger les rapports d'essais. Examiner et evaluer les procedures et exigences d'essai. Effectuer toute autre tache assignee

Skills / Qualifications:
Must be a self-starter, have the ability to consistently deliver performance with minimum supervision, and maintain continuous communications with subordinates, peers and upper management personnel. + Ability to negotiate through conflicting demands for resources across departmental lines towards overall organizational success.
+ Ability to manage test schedule and resource challenges with Project Managers.
+ Ability to evaluate tools and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
+ Strong organizational and communicational skills
+ Must be fluent in French and English in speaking, reading and writing.
+ Work well in a team environment.
+ Extended working hours may be required periodically to meet testing deadlines.
+ Experience desired with National Instruments (NI) Data Acquisition and Control System (DACS) hardware.
+ Application of pressure, temperature, flow, accelerometers, load cells, LVDT, strain gage, etc. sensors.
+ Experience in developing processes, procedures, test reports for qualification and acceptance testing is desired.
+ Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic testing applications and processes is desired.
+ Experience in 3D modeling in Solid Works and/or 2D Drawings in AutoCAD is required.
+ Experience in design of custom automated test setups both with respect to both mechanical and electrical control is desired.

+ Disponibilite pour des heures supplementaires occasionnelles afin de respecter des echeances d'essai.
+ Experience souhaitee avec les systemes d'acquisition de donnees et de controle (DACS) de National Instruments (NI).
+ Connaissance de l'application de capteurs : pression, temperature, debit, accelerometres, cellules de charge, LVDT, jauges de contrainte, etc.
+ Experience souhaitee en developpement de processus, procedures et rapports d'essai pour des tests de qualification et d'acceptation.
+ Experience souhaitee en applications et procedes d'essais hydrauliques et pneumatiques.
+ Experience requise en modelisation 3D dans SolidWorks et/ou en dessins 2D dans AutoCAD.
+ Experience souhaitee dans la conception de montages d'essai automatises, tant pour les aspects mecaniques que pour le controle electrique.



DEC (minimum) ou baccalaureat en genie mecanique ou tout autre domaine connexe. Une experience pertinente peut etre consideree en remplacement du diplome.Experience pertinente avec le systeme d'accreditation ISO 17025 requise. Experience pertinente en securite industrielle requise. Toute experience en essais ou en laboratoire sera consideree comme un atout. Doit etre admissible a travailler au Canada sans parrainage et etre en mesure de reussir un test antidrogue et une verification d'antecedents.
