The result? lululemon is an innovative, purpose-driven brand creating a future that we want to live in.a day in the life: what you\'ll doAs the Responsible Supply Chain Climate and Energy Manager in the Responsible Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for the activation of lululemon\'s supplier facing climate and renewable energy strategy to ensure lululemon achieves our Be Planet Impact Agenda climate goals and meets or exceeds industry expectations. You will work closely with lululemon\'s climate strategy and sourcing teams as well as our vendors to drive scope 3 emissions reductions through renewable energy procurement, participate in cross-industry initiatives to identify and implement renewable energy opportunities, and advocate for frameworks that offer increase the renewable energy adoption and provide incentives for renewable energy development.The Climate and Energy Program Manager will be critical to further developing and managing lululemon\'s vendor climate and energy strategy and vendor facing program. The role will lead complex program requirements to ensure we are achieving our Be Planet Impact Agenda climate goals, driving vendor climate/decarbonization strategy and meeting or exceeding industry expectations. They will work closely with vendors to drive strategy development and implementation, to gather, analyze climate, energy and emissions data, and report progress and risk to the business.responsibilities:

  • Build out vendor climate and energy program structure and initiatives with input from internal and external cross-functional partners
  • Work closely with vendor partners to set climate and energy program requirements and ensure implementation
  • Analyze data and manufacturing trends in climate and energy, including corporate, regulatory, non-governmental programming, to continuously improve lululemon\'s climate program and realize greenhouse gas emissions reduction with suppliers
  • Ensure our vendor climate program delivery and associated climate/energy data reporting meet regulatory reporting requirements (including European Union Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive)
  • Work with team members in-region to implement on-the-ground climate roadmap and identify further emissions reduction opportunities
  • 10% travel requirement
qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with working directly with supply chain partners on environmental assessments or production efficiency
  • Experience working on energy and climate projects and/or working knowledge of setting carbon targets and developing emissions reduction plans
  • Understanding of energy use at textile, apparel, footwear and related manufacturing facilities
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize time and tasks, aptitude for numbers and drawing conclusions and insights from data
  • Strong eye for detail, while being able to see the bigger picture
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (or similar tool)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external colleagues, demonstrated ability to negotiate and implement programs with vendor partners
  • Proven ability to address tactical business problems with strategic solutions
  • Proven ability to generate written materials that support leadership decision-making

Immigration support is potentially available for this role.compensation and benefits packagelululemon\'s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
