IT Client Support Representative
to support our systems and ensure smooth day-to-day tech operations.What You'll Do:
Provide technical support for in-house booking and client management systems Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate when needed Work closely with front desk and management to maintain seamless client service Assist with onboarding and training staff on digital tools
What You Bring:
Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and software Problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn Experience in customer service or tech support is an asset
