We're seeking a
Client Support Representative
with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. In this role, you'll support cutting-edge hardware and software technologies while building your expertise across Agriculture, Energy, and Technology sectors.

Focus on fostering and developing client facing relationships
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and Tier 1 support requests
Enhance and support the client experience in all interactions with North Star Systems
Lead and execute software and hardware training sessions
Collaborate with the Business Development and Products Team to align on client requirements and ensure client needs are met effectively
Learn, understand, and utilize HubSpot to manage client interactions, track support requests, and optimize client communications
Assist with Tier 2 support requests in collaboration with Client Experience Manager and the Products Team
Support in managing HubSpot Service Hub Tickets, ensuring timely follow-up with clients
Gain an in-depth knowledge of NSS Branded and OEM products to provide support and training for clients and partners
Understand North Star Systems internal policies and procedures
Work closely with all North Star Systems team members meeting the day-to-day needs of the business
Qualifications:
Post secondary qualification in agriculture, commerce or another relevant accreditation
Previous experience in a client services or customer facing role is an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment creating solutions for clients
Experience in the following areas will be extremely helpful, but not required:
Agricultural technology
IoT/m2m technologies
Wireless applications
