Groms Physio + Co is excited to offer this position at our growing, pediatric and pre/post natal multidisciplinary clinic located in Squamish, BC in the heart of the Sea to Sky Corridor.

Our team is comprised of:
- 8 Physiotherapists
- 1 Registered Massage Therapist
- 1 Registered Clinical Counsellor
- 1 School-Based Psychologist

We're a passionate, collaborative, driven team who love their practice and creating unique treatment plans for our clients. Our team of clinicians needs support in the evenings during the week to help with scheduling clients, booking follow-ups, managing cancellation lists, and submitting insurance payments all while interacting with the families who enter our space.

We're looking for an individual who is outstanding in engaging with kids, has great problem-solving skills, and has excellent communication skills. We are open to high-school graduates, or current university-level students who are wanting to gain experience in a health-care setting.

Role assets include:
Experience in child-care or kid-specific jobs (camp-counsellor, youth coach, etc) Previous experience with reception work Knowledge of Google Workspaces
Responsibilities:
- Submit invoices to insurance companies and collect payments for services
- collect information for patient profiles for new assessments, and ensure they have completed an intake form
- answer phone, respond to phone/email inquiries, and manage inbound/outbound fax
- support clinicians with cancelling and rescheduling clients
- general clinic cleaning (mirrors, floors, toy sanitization, clinic organization)

Requirements:
- High school diploma of GED
- Proven experience working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Friendly, Charismatic and Warm personality

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.25-$20.25 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
