What You'll Do:

Understand each client's unique needs and provide personalized recommendations
Support the sales process by explaining features, benefits, and promotions in a consultative way
Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns quickly, always aiming for a positive outcome
Accurately process transactions, service requests, and account updates
Keep detailed records of client interactions to ensure smooth follow-ups and ongoing satisfaction
Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to share insights and improve service delivery

What We're Looking For:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
