About The Role Because we are growing, we are looking for a part-time front desk superstar to join our client experience team, with the option of growing to full-time. In this role you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the important task of being the first point of contact with the patients of our practice. You must have previous experience in admin/office work and have a strong focus on customer service. Previous Retail/Sales/Customer Service experience is highly recommended. You also must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail. Please ONLY apply if you have experience in admin and have worked in a customer service environment. You must be comfortable with talking to strangers on the phone both in person and on the phone as well as a self-starter. Being \xe2\x80\x9corganized\xe2\x80\x9d should be a top priority in your life and must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects, while simultaneously meeting deadlines and prioritizing your day. You must be comfortable taking payments, talking about money and comfortable handling customer concerns and questions about cost. PLEASE ONLY APPLY if you can handle conversations about money/cost. We are a private medical practice and the conversation about money with patients cannot be ignored. This is a part-time position at our Streetsville, Mississauga Clinic. This is an awesome opportunity for someone who:

Responsibilities and Activities
  • Receive inbound phone calls from patients who want to book appointments
  • Conduct outbound phone call to prospective new patients
  • Communicate the value of our services (in person/on the phone)
  • Successfully handle price/money questions
  • Hold a lengthy and detailed (15-20 minute) call with new patients to help them understand our value and get their commitment
  • Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for patients coming in for therapy in the waiting room
  • Prepare invoices for patient appointments, handle billing to insurance companies using our computer based platform
  • Organize and plan patient/therapist schedules to maximize revenue for the clinic
Skills Required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
