Client Success Manager

Job Description


We\'re a SaaS marketing company looking for a Client Success Manager who will connect with our clients\' team members to ensure our clients are happy and will renew and expand their subscriptions. You\'ll be the main point of contact for clients once they sign on, checking in regularly to provide support, advise on KPIs and tactics, and nurture positive and warm relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication
  • Understand clients\' goals and provide product recommendations and solutions
  • Provide training and support to ensure clients are using the product effectively
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure client needs are met
  • Monitor client usage and engagement to identify areas of improvement
  • Track and report on client success metrics
Requirements:
  • DEC or Bachelors Business, Sales, Client Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in client success and/or account management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer success metrics
  • Knowledge of wholesale or retail
  • Likeable person who enjoys meeting people and nurturing relationships
  • Knowledge of marketing and digital advertising is a plus
