Our Client Solutions Associate provides administrative support to the Commercial Client Service Team. Together, they deliver business tailored insurance solutions to our clients, protecting them against the effects of damage to commercial property and assets, loss of income due to unforeseen incidents or damages to third parties. This role is perfect for those looking to build a career in the Insurance Industry!


Key Job Responsibilities

• You will be supporting a designated portfolio of clientele, playing an essential role in business retention and ultimately ensuring clients have a seamless renewal experience.
• Prepare renewals and endorsements.
• You will continue to build insurance subject matter expertise and upgrading skillsets through training on specific coverage lines, insurance products and client management systems.
• Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement, making full use of available CRM capabilities, technology and other Gallagher resources.

Education and Experience

• Secondary School Diploma required, College or University Degree strongly preferred. Insurance Broker\'s License or willingness to obtain License.
• 1-2 years of professional work experience required.
• Experience in a Customer Facing role within the Insurance Industry highly preferred.
