Reporting directly to and supporting our Vice President and Practice Lead, this position requires exceptional attention to detail, organization, and outstanding client relationship management skills, along with the ability to manage deadlines effectively. This will be a hybrid role.Key ResponsibilitiesOffer comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President and Practice Lead, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Handle diverse administrative individually and as part of the existing administrative team.Draft, disseminate, and manage form contracts with clients in compliance with company policies and procedures.Ensure timely execution and return of contracts, maintaining accurate records of contractual agreements and modifications.Assist commercial real estate owners and managers in completing necessary forms required by the City of Edmonton for Altus Group\'s engagement in property tax consulting.Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.Help to organize client events and attend as a part of our client service team.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in Altus Group\'s services.Conduct effective communication and interaction, both in-person, and over the phone, to nurture client relationships and understand their needs.Key RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a professional services firm, real estate, or related industries.Proficiency in drafting contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal guidelines.Familiarity with property tax-related forms and procedures is highly advantageous.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-focused approach.Strong organizational abilities with acute attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Experience working effectively under deadlines and managing time-sensitive tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.What Altus Group offers:
