We recognize that our front desk teams are

the critical component for the smooth operation of our clinics and are looking to add to that team at our

North Vancouver

location on 13th Street. This position is the main point of contact and duties will include greeting clients, answering a busy phone line, booking appointments, general clinic cleanliness and presentation, as well as other administrative duties.

We are looking for people who are available to start at 6:30 am regularly. Finish your shift between 11am - 1pm, and you can enjoy the rest of the summer day! Option for some closing shifts ending at 8pm as well so some flexibility would be great.

We are looking for people who:

Excel at providing friendly and warm service to clients. Have experience with and an aptitude for accuracy in data entry, booking appointments, and cash sales/reconciliation. This role is administratively demanding and requires the ability to organize and track tasks efficiently. Set high standards of performance and assume responsibility and accountability for successfully completing duties. Actively contribute to building a cohesive team in a busy environment where teamwork is essential to the successful flow of the operation. Experience in a health clinic or fitness facility will be considered an asset. Experience with the JaneApp booking system is an asset.
