We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our client's team! This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining high service standards, and managing inquiries from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Review training materials, including press releases and internal documentation, to ensure clear and effective communication with securityholders
- Handle inbound calls and promptly return voicemails
- Accurately maintain detailed call records and logs
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette with a customer-focused approach
