Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Client Service Representative to join their team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support team supporting patient care initiatives.   • Contact patients via phone to check-in on their therapy status and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Handle inbound customer orders for medical supplies and address inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Provide first line technical and clinical assistance, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate client account records.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.
