Position Purpose
The Client Services Representative provides excellent customer service utilizing a professional, responsible, and helpful approach. The Client Services Representative registers students into the safety courses through providing information and supporting students through registration process. Responds to technical difficulties for e-learning courses, student portal issues and course schedule issues, through providing assistance or escalating for additional support. Provides guidance and serves as a general resource to students/members who work towards becoming a National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) or a National Health and Safety Administrator (NHSA). Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work on a queue system to answer calls and emails regarding student registration, account accessibility, and other inquires.
  • Provide first level tech support for our e-learning platforms.
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service by building relationships through treating students/members courteously, responding to requests in a timely manner, seeking feedback, and taking responsibility to resolve concerns or issues.
  • Provide class and inter department support.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: 1 - 3 years of related experience. Experience in a demanding customer service environment and high-volume data coordination required. Call center experience is considered an asset.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Publishing Software.
  • Understanding of data bases and learning management systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently as a strong and contributing member in a team environment.
  • Excels at creative thinking and problem solving.
Job Type/Hours of Work: 40 hours per week Salary: Approximately $50,000 annually Work Location: Hybrid schedule: remote in Edmonton Closing Date: July 7, 2023
