SPAR Canada, a global leader in retail merchandising is growing! We are hiring a Client Services Manager to work in our Vaughan office on a hybrid work schedule. As a strong client service lead in building day-to-day relationships, you will support one our largest CPG clients. To be successful, you must be organized, deadline-driven, adept in excel, have an understanding of retail and able to multi task. Your experience will include project management, customer service, and strong administration skills. You will provide support to our client including execution information, client metrics, data collection, and review analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform client service management functions specific to multiple retail clients. Focus on customer relationship building/interaction, merchandising program implementation and feedback. You will need to be a direct and decisive manager, who is very detail-oriented with a keen analytical ability and exceptional administrative skills. Well-honed organization, problem-solving and time management skills are a must. Position reports to Vice President.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Consultative client management and development
  • Passion for growing client accounts through outstanding customer service
  • Develop and anticipate new project opportunities across client base
  • Retailer and client relationship building through face to face, verbal and written communication
  • Preparation and analysis of reports for client base
  • Involvement in annual project reporting & recommendations for enhancements
  • Merchandising/Business/Retail background
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • College and/or University degree required
  • Minimum one to three years retail/merchandising or vendor related experience
  • Strong project management and administration experience
  • Exceptional client-facing skills
  • Expertise using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Abiity to speak and write French an asset
