Job Description

What You'll Be Responsible For



As a Client Services Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of clients and ensure each receives exceptional service, timely support, and strategic guidance. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Relationship Management

Serving as the primary contact for assigned clients, maintaining communication and trust Understanding client goals, challenges, and priorities to provide tailored recommendations Conducting regular check-ins, review meetings, and performance updates Managing expectations and ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality service
Service Coordination & Delivery

Overseeing the execution of services across multiple departments, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Tracking project progress and coordinating internal resources as needed Addressing client inquiries, escalations, and feedback promptly Ensuring all deliverables align with client objectives and contractual commitments
Strategy & Performance Oversight

Reviewing client performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement Preparing reports, summaries, and insights that guide future planning Developing client-specific service plans that support retention and long-term growth Collaborating with operations, analytics, and leadership to improve processes and customer experience
Account Operations

Managing renewals, service adjustments, and contract-related tasks Maintaining accurate client information, documentation, and communication logs Supporting onboarding for new clients to ensure smooth transitions Contributing to internal best practices for account management and client communication
What You Bring

You'll excel in this

Client Services Manager

role if you have:

3-5 years of experience in client services, account management, customer success, or a related field Strong communication and presentation abilities with a client-first mindset Demonstrated experience managing multiple clients or projects at one time Solid analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong organizational habits and exceptional follow-through Comfort working with CRM systems, reporting tools, and project management platforms A proactive approach to problem-solving and a talent for resolving issues quickly The ability to build rapport easily and maintain long-term professional relationships
Experience in professional services, marketing, technology, operations, or business consulting is an asset but not required.
