Our Client, a leading mid size accounting and advisory firm based in Vancouver and Toronto is looking for an experienced Client Services Associate to work directly with the Partners in the practice and build long lasting relationships with clients and increase existing client engagements.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Act as point of contact for existing clients and nurture relationships by evaluating, assessing, and anticipating client\'s needs
• Collaborate with various business groups within the Firm to provide services for strategic planning, tax planning, estate and succession planning, tax optimization strategies, and independent wealth oversight
• Support the Firm to identify potential high net worth clients and foster strategic relationships
• Support Partners to drive and deliver successful client engagements
• Contribute towards proposal process and recommend potential solutions and value-added services to the clients
• Liaise with Client\'s professional team to coordinate actions and communicate client objectives

• Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer service or hospitality management with significant emphasis on building and managing client relationships
• Financial, Business, Investment, Banking or Insurance experience is considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of client engagements and service
• Self-accountable and organized
• Detail-oriented with follow-through skills
• Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written
• Works well in a fast-paced, high-volume organization with a diverse portfolio of work
• Willingness to speak up and connect with high-net-worth individuals to create meaningful relationships
• Ability to be flexible in a dynamically changing and growing practice area
• Occasional travel required
