Oxford Learning Kanata and Stittsville are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong relationships. You will play a crucial role in managing projects and accounts, contributing to the overall success of our services in the education sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
Manage client accounts, including onboarding new clients and maintaining ongoing relationships
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful completion of client projects.
Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track client interactions and project progress.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients - kids and parents.
Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - this includes student assessment and programming.
Proficient in analyzing data to drive decisions and improve client satisfaction.
Knowledge of education services is a plus, but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
Job Requirements
Full-time including some evenings ( 2 weekly) and some Saturdays (2 monthly)
Completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
French an asset
