Client Service Coordinator - Direct Mailing

This role will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with planning and production of direct mail projects that are manufactured in our Mississauga facility. You serve as the primary contact for internal departments and external customers. Essentially, you'll manage all aspects of a job from purchase order to delivery, coordinating all communication when the job is in production and for communicating customer requirements to the manufacturing team in accordance to company procedures and quality standards.

Must be proficient with Excel

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Results driven

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Meticulous, detailed and accurate

Great communication skills where you will be required to explain complex situations to a broad ranging audience.

Print knowledge or experience working in a creative agency is an asset. But not a requirement.

Work Setting:

In-house printing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
