Responsibilities:



Responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Advisors and associates, and maintaining organized client files Ensure clients' account servicing needs are met. This might involve preparing files for meetings and/or processing client transaction requests Ensure the integrity of our accounts and quickly identify and resolve any outstanding issues or concerns Take client calls and proactively reach out to clients over the phone to confirm client orders or resolve urgent concerns Process account openings, transfers in, and regular transactions on clients' behalf Document clear and effective notes detailing client transactions and interactions Ensure that critical deadlines are met and that tasks are completed effectively; ability to prioritize multiple requests and requirements necessary Communicating with our clients in a positive, helpful, and proactive way Communicating with various suppliers, coordinating with clients' accountants, and ensuring advisors are aware of any details that need their attention Maintain the use of systematized processes, filing systems, and customer relationship management tools Provide accurate technology support utilizing all Microsoft applications, CRM system, Adobe Acrobat, remote screen sharing tools, electronic signature applications and others Providing back-up and support to other team members Staying organized and keeping our advisors organized Proactively looking for ways to improve our current processes and enhance our client's experience

Professional Development:

Qualifications:



Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant experience working with a financial advisor, investment advisor, insurance advisor or financial planning office Relevant licensing such as the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or LLQP would be a strong asset. Canadian Securities Course completion required within first year of service Successful completion of background check Diploma or degree in business management or finance would be an asset but not required
Salary will be aligned with the candidate's experience and licensing qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
