The Role:



The IT Account Manager - Client Services takes care of our CURRENT clients who are being serviced by BlueBird IT Solutions. He/she does not directly provide support to them but handles the professional relationship with them and sees that all their IT needs are met and delivered BEYOND expectations.

The responsibilities of the IT Account Manager are:

To see that the clients (accounts) assigned to him/her are well serviced above and beyond their expectations. To see that their clients understand and appreciate the services delivered by BlueBird IT Solutions. To see that they avail themselves of all the services they require to fulfill their IT needs. To facilitate the clients' purchase of any needed products or services.
The following are the basics functions expected from a Client Services Account Manager:

To establish himself/herself as the contact point with the client once their onboarding/installation has been completed. To answer any question, they may have to ask how to get support, who to contact for support, who to call if they need more services; to also establish a regular follow-up schedule and report to the contact person for the client, etc. To handle any new request for services or products for our client. To liaise with Project Managers and Deployment Services Manager for additional installations, repairs, and on-site visits. To follow up after any on-site visit to a client and see to the satisfactory results. To send regular reports to our clients as to what services were delivered by BlueBird IT Solutions and explain to them as needed what these were so they understand the value of what we do for them. To regularly review the clients' services and products they currently have against BlueBird standards and, where found below these, contact, educate and get the clients to avail themselves of the services and products they need to maintain proper standard. Be proactive in your approach to the clients. To satisfactorily resolve any complaints, below satisfactory response from the clients by getting the right action done that resolves the issue. To completely answer any questions the clients, have with their services and products.
The qualifications required for the position are:

Minimum of 3 years in sales and customer care. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT services as a help desk analyst. Being extrovert, well organized and possessing a strong team spirit.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00 per year

Experience:

Sales and Customer Care: 3 years (preferred) IT Help Desk Analyst: 2 years (preferred)
