Client Service Representative/animal Care Attendant
Job Description
Park Road Veterinary Clinic is a companion animal hospital located in Brantford, Ontario. We take great pride in our veterinary clinic, our staff, and the level of care we provide.
We are looking to add a full-time member to our team! The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service, pet handling/restraining & multitasking skills as well as as desire to grow within their role. We are looking for someone who shares in our teams passion for helping animals and our dedication to amazing client and patient care. We are a close-knit team who value working collaboratively while maintaining a fun and inclusive work environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
helping restrain animals
assist with appointments - weighing pet, obtaining history, nail trims
input proper billing
help care for patients in hospital
helping with routine lab work
housekeeping
sanitation
handling routine phone calls
making appointments
taking orders, helping with client needs
greeting and admitting clients
creating electronic records in Avimark
cashing out clients
