Duties



Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally Manage customer accounts using CRM platforms like Salesforce to ensure accurate and up-to-date information Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account management teams to support customer retention and growth initiatives Conduct analysis of customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improved service delivery Assist in onboarding new clients and providing ongoing support for existing accounts Support project management activities related to customer engagement strategies Communicate effectively across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat to deliver a seamless customer experience Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance overall service quality

Experience



Proven experience in customer service roles within SaaS, financial services, or related industries Strong knowledge of customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally Experience with account management, analysis skills, and understanding of marketing strategies is preferred Familiarity with SaaS platforms and financial services products is a plus Prior experience in handling complex customer inquiries and providing tailored solutions is highly desirable

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $17.85-$33.88 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
