We are looking for a Client Services Representative to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Clinic Coordinator of Rehabilitation Services, the Client Services Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and assisting with the smooth operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly in person, via phone, and email, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Manage client intake data, including scheduling, admitting, and checking out clients.
Maintain the flow of patients throughout the clinic, keeping clinical staff informed of appointments.
Handle patient inquiries and provide effective communication between patients, clinical staff, and management.
Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the clinic's waiting and reception areas.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
Provide clerical support to clinical staff as needed, including managing files and other administrative tasks.
Work collaboratively with the clinic team to ensure efficient operations and a high standard of patient care.
Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet browsing, network databases, and document management systems.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Positive attitude and a strong customer service focus.
Experience in a customer service or administrative role is an asset.
