Job Title : Construction Client Experience Specialist
: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Construction Client Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction, excellent people skills, and a passion for ensuring client satisfaction. As the Client Experience Specialist, you will be the direct contact for clients, ranging from individuals building their dream custom home to development companies hiring us to manage their projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that clients have a seamless and pleasant experience, addressing all their needs and handling any after-sales concerns.
Key Responsibilities :
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction process, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any questions or concerns.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure client needs are met.
• Handle any after-sales concerns or issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to discuss project details and gather feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, and any issues or resolutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to exceed client expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the client experience.
Qualifications :
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential construction or a related field.
• Strong people skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
