Whether it\'s fostering strong relationships with clients, collaborating seamlessly with partners, or nurturing a supportive and inclusive internal culture, we understand the power of meaningful connections in driving business success!Our new Client Service Representative will lead from the front with authenticity, empathy, and integrity in all customer interactions, ensuring that every connection made is built to last!The Client Service Representative will:Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact effectively face-to-face with all existing and potential customers in a professional and pleasant mannerEnsure customer satisfaction by actively listening and proactively supporting their inquiries regarding products and servicesHandle challenging customer interactions with compassion and a solution-oriented approachStay engaged in the sales process by identifying opportunities, understanding customer motivations, and overcoming objectionsMonitor order status, oversee product/service installation, and execute contracts per company policies to ensure successful salesStay informed on the latest products and promotions by attending daily and weekly meetings, and provide valuable insights to improve the customer experienceExcel proficiently in both team and independent settings taking initiative and working efficiently with minimal directionThe Client Service Representative is someone who:Highly skilled in creative problem-solving and adapting quickly to changing priorities and customer needsHas proven ability to build strong rapport with new customers, effectively upsell products, and consistently improve sales marginsHas a proven track record of successful conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skillsDemonstrates ability to accomplish objectives during challenging customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyaltyPunctual and efficient with time management, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExpert in email management and CRM systems to optimize customer communicationCan build and nurture long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients, resulting in repeat business and referralsThe Client Service Representative requirements:Must have Full-time availabilityDiploma/Degree in Communications, Business, Advertising, and/or Sales is preferredMust have a personal vehicle and be able to commute to our North York office daily as this is an in-person positionJoin us at The GCM, where we empower our employees and build strong relationships to achieve exceptional results for our team and clients!
