Job Overview:



We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Care Representative. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient front desk operations, managing client interactions, and providing vital support to our medical team on a daily basis.

The Client Care Representative is responsible for, but not limited to:



1. Client Relations:

Effectively communicate with clients, offering empathy and support during stressful situations. Collect and update client information accurately in our system. Strong conflict resolution abilities.
2. Scheduling:

Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments for clients. Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Provide clear instructions to clients regarding pre-arrival procedures.
3. Administrative Support:

Maintain and organize client records, ensuring confidentiality. Handle financial transactions, including invoicing and payment processing. Assist with clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, e-mail's, photocopying and other general office duties.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in a veterinary/medical receptionist role required; VOA/ACA/VMR certification is preferred Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of veterinary management software (Cornerstone ideal); Professional phone etiquette and communication skills; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to manage time well; assisting veterinarians and support staff with prioritizing client/patient needs; Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently; Ability to multitask in a fast paced, sometimes stressful work environment calmly and efficiently; Strong work ethic and eager to learn. Flexible schedule
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
