Client Service Representative (CSR)
to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital role in creating a positive and supportive experience for both clients and patients.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone
Answer a high volume of phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
Troubleshoot client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
Relay information accurately between clients, veterinarians, and technical staff
Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
Support daily front-desk operations in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a calm, positive attitude during busy or stressful situations
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable answering phones and handling multiple tasks at once
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to de-escalate client concerns
Friendly, compassionate, and client-focused demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills; experience with veterinary software is a plus
Previous customer service experience preferred
