Reporting to the Client Service Manager, the Client Service Representative is responsible for providing a high level of direct contact client service in support of the delivery of all MASC and MASC administered programming including client intake and pathfinding for MB ARD. The incumbent will provide support for the other service centre Product Specialists and in support of the Office Administrator.
