What You\'ll Be Doing

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work in a fast-paced Banking Center. You\xe2\x80\x99ll use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day-to-day banking needs. As a Customer Service Representative, whether it\xe2\x80\x99s answering questions, assisting with transactions, or proactively connecting clients with the right team members, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be the first line of support as clients work towards their financial goals.

How you\xe2\x80\x99ll succeed

  • Client engagement - Leverage your knowledge of cash management, credit, investment and wealth protection to answer questions and provide information to clients. Partner with your Financial Advisor to help clients meet their financial goals.
  • Problem solving - Listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the client\xe2\x80\x99s shoes. Act like an owner by taking accountability for client issues, and know when to lean on others to find solutions.
  • Organizational skills - Prepare client files, booking appointments, and maintaining schedules. Help team success by improving team productivity and proactively uncovering business opportunities.
