We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Client Satisfaction Manager to support our growing business.
As a Client Satisfaction Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional administrative, technical, or creative assistance to our clients remotely.
This includes tasks such as scheduling appointments, responding to emails, managing social media accounts, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to clients remotely
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
Manage social media accounts
Data entry and database management
Assist with other projects as needed
Requirements
:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative support experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong internet connection and reliable computer

This is a remote position and hours are flexible.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
