We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will utilize your communication skills to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and appointment management.
Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance overall satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Experience
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary services or medical services
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers..
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
