You become the connective thread between clients, advisors, and carriers--ensuring documentation is accurate, questions are answered, and renewals and reviews stay on track. This role is intentionally designed as a launch pad for early-career talent.

What You'll Do:



Learn our service playbook, CRM / management systems, privacy & compliance basics Respond to simple client inquiries (contact updates, document resend, meeting scheduling) under guidance Assist in collecting onboarding documents and completing checklists Shadow advisor and claims intake calls; practice note-taking & summarizing Prepare draft renewal / review packets (data pulls, missing info flags) Track tasks & deadlines (endorsements, follow-ups, expiring documents) Conduct first-pass quality checks on client files for completeness Draft templated client emails (accuracy + professional tone) Months 6-12 (Full Scope Foundations) Own first-response queue within defined service standards Coordinate claims triage intake (gather basic facts before escalation) Generate routine service metrics (open tasks aging, data completeness) Suggest micro process improvements (faster email templates, data validation tweaks) Begin licensing or designation pathway (RIBO, QAFP/CFP modules, CIP, CRM) with company support Entry-Level Friendly Examples of Transferable Backgrounds (Not Required but Helpful)

Qualifications:



Strong written & verbal communication (clear, client-friendly tone) Detail orientation (comfortable checking forms, spelling, numbers) Organized: can juggle multiple small tasks without losing accuracy Comfort learning new software (CRM, document portals, productivity tools) Proactive attitude and willingness to ask clarifying questions

Nice-to-Have (Still Apply If You Don't Have These Yet)



0-2 years in customer service, administrative support, insurance, banking, or related office environment Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) or data entry platforms Bilingual or additional language capability Exposure to compliance, risk, insurance, or financial planning concepts Licensing: No current license required. We fund first relevant license/designation once onboarding milestones are met.

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
