Overview


Our fast-growing team is looking for a Customer Service Representative to enable the maintenance of long-term, positive relationships with our clients. As a leading player in the industry, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the first line of response to client enquiries or issues. Investigate client issues and provide resolutions through effective action and communication. Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to clients. Create and maintain records of all client issues including resolution. Assist with implementation of new clients, including building new customer profiles and sending communications to new clients regarding Frontier service and procedures. Maintain client accounts and make changes to personal and corporate profiles based on client request and your own maintenance. Assist in receivable conversations with clients to help keep account balances in check. Support Account Managers with their accounts through administrative tasks. Assist in channeling client feedback through the proper chain, both positive and negative. Take ownership of relationships with our "small" client portfolio including all communication and the delivery of annual business reviews. Send out announcements to clients based on key developments and updates to Frontier's services Develop great relationships with client contacts with the goal of maintaining long term trust with yourself and Frontier as a whole.
Your main responsibilities will be in support of the current Account Management Team with the goal of learning and developing in a way that will lead to your own progression into the role of Account Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications


Strong background in customer service and a history of developing effective business relationships.

Ability to make judgment calls based on multiple variables and stay organized while interpreting different streams of information.

Maintain a calm, solution-oriented approach to customer concerns by methodically collecting the necessary information to efficiently assess, problem solve and execute resolution.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; including the ability to manage data using pivot tables.

Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to travel for client reviews when required.
