Position Summary:

We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented

Veterinary Receptionist

to be the first smiling face our clients see when they walk through the door. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a love for animals, and the ability to multitask in a busy, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets with warmth, compassion and professionalism Schedule appointments, triage emergencies, and confirm visits Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously Process payments, maintain accurate client records, and handle billing inquiries Support veterinarians and technicians by updating patient information, and assisting with client education Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Uphold confidentiality and compliance with all clinic policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a veterinary clinic Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort with technology and veterinary management software (Avimark, etc.) Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor with clients and team members Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment Bonus if you are Fear Free Certified!
