The Opportunity
We're seeking a
Client Service Nurse
-- a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) -- who thrives on both care and connection. This is a role for someone who wants to use their clinical knowledge to guide families while also driving growth. You'll be the trusted face of Assurance for new clients -- listening deeply, educating families, and helping them choose the right home care solution.
You'll also play a key role in the Start Strong process -- ensuring new care plans launch smoothly, caregivers are set up for success, and clients feel confident from day one.
What You'll Do
Respond promptly to new service inquiries -- build rapport, listen with empathy, and secure home assessments quickly (ideally within 72 hours).
Conduct comprehensive
home assessments
, uncover client needs, and design care plans in collaboration with our coordination and nursing teams.
Translate clinical insights into clear, compassionate guidancefor families making difficult decisions.
Support smooth onboarding -- coordinating caregiver introductions and ensuring clients feel supported through their first days of care.
Actively represent Assurance Home Care at community events, networking opportunities, and referral partnerships.
Maintain documentation in
HubSpot
and
AlayaCare
with precision and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Strong communication and active listening skills -- you build trust easily.
Comfort discussing value and outcomes -- you view "selling" as helping families make the right care decisions.
Highly organized, self-directed, and driven to meet both client care and growth goals.
Previous experience in
home care, case management, or consultative sales
is an asset.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (role involves in-home visits). This role involves lots of driving.
