About the Role
As a
Client Service Manager
, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions and services. You'll work closely with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client expectations. This is a critical role focused on client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal delivery teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
Monitor service delivery performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with account executives
Address and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally
Lead regular business reviews and status meetings with clients
Contribute to process improvement and client onboarding initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on client activities
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in client service or account management within the IT or consulting sector
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities
Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and/or cloud technologies
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a consulting or managed services environment is an asset
* PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are a plus
