We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our patients, managing relationships, and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Manage client accounts, including onboarding, ongoing support, and renewal processes
Book, confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments accurately
Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, preferences, and account status
Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling or service improvements
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships
Support sales efforts through account management and identifying potential new opportunities within existing clients
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and project milestones
Qualifications
Experience in medical, healthcare, administrative, or client services settings
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal--with a professional demeanor
High standard of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with marketing strategies related to customer engagement is a plus
Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Willingness to assist with both administrative and clinical support tasks if required
