The Work You Will Do

As a Client Service Coordinator with Bayshore you will work to meet the diverse needs of the clients and caregivers you serve in your community by providing a wide range of administrative services:

  • Highly customer service oriented position
  • Answering service inquiries in a timely and polite manner
  • Scheduling caregiver and nurses to client care assignments within the community
  • Hours of work includes a weekly rotation of daytime, evening/overnight and weekend shifts. This unique shift model will be scheduled in advance in effort to support equitable team coverages week over week and a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, we are currently working in a hybrid business model of working from home and office
Qualifications

Education
Minimum - Secondary School Diploma along with completion of a related coursed such as Medical Terminology is preferred.

Experience
A minimum of two years related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.

Other Skills and Abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated competency in keyboarding and
Windows scheduling software. Ability to operate all standard office equipment; proficiency in written and spoken English as well as French in Branch Offices that provide service to French speaking clients.
