, is looking for two energetic and experienced

Personal Client Service Brokers

to join their dynamic teams serving Kitchener and Listowel with a home office base in either Kitchener, Listowel, Elmira, Cambridge or New Hamburg. You'll play a key role in supporting clients with their personal insurance needs while growing your expertise.

What You'll Do

Manage and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of personal lines clients Provide expert advice on coverage, claims, and insurance products Respond to client and insurance company inquiries in a timely, professional manner Resolve client issues independently and effectively Professionally represent clients and the brokerage to underwriters

What You'll Bring

Valid RIBO License with minimum 1-3 years' experience in a service broker role, preferably in a personal lines environment Post-secondary education within a relevant field, preferred Industry designation or currently pursuing one (e.g. CAIB, CIP), considered an asset Strong customer service and relationship management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently Ability to work under pressure and stay professional with a problem-solving mindset Experience with Applied Epic and Applied Rating Services, considered an asset
