Job Description

Wellcare Insurance Corp. is hiring a Client Service Associate to support both personal and commercial lines operations at our Scarborough branch. This role also involves administrative assistance to the Branch Manager and is ideal for someone seeking long-term career growth in brokerage operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Process personal and commercial lines files Support brokers with documentation, client communications, and policy management- Assist the Branch Manager with administrative and operational tasks Maintain accurate records and help ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations

Qualifications:



Valid RIBO license (required) Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines; familiarity with commercial lines is an asset Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with broker management systems (e.g., Power Broker, Applied) is an asset Client-focused, collaborative, and eager to grow professionally Bilingual ability is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:



Salary: $45,000 - $50,000, based on experience Full-time, in-office role (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Group health insurance provided Some scheduling flexibility may be available Opportunity to grow into senior service or branch operations roles
