Our corporate culture encourages teamwork, service excellence, creativity, and initiative. We are currently hiring for a full–time Client Service Associate to join our team in Burlington. Position Overview In this role, the successful candidate will work with an internal team – as well as external parties – to bring together information and solutions to provide best in class client support to our all of our Financial Advisors. We are the ‘go to’ for our Advisors and the relationship is based on the trust they have in our expertise and ability to support them. We are looking for someone who works calmly in a fast-paced environment and ensures follow up. What You Will Do

• Taking a team approach, support our Advisors with day to day inquiries and any specific requests for assistance
• Provide support to other departments as required
• Deal directly with back office to process account applications and other operational items such as reviewing transfers and troubleshooting account issues
• Process financial transactions related to dealer activity
• Work on project specific tasks relating to procedural updates

You Will Bring

• Work experience providing client service in the investment, banking or related industries
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Team Player with friendly personality and strong communication skills
• Proven ability to manage high volumes with a positive and professional attitude
• Financial services/investment dealer experience is an asset
• Industry related academic experience (ex. CSC, CPH) is an asset
