Permanent Full Time




Reporting to the Associate Manager, you will be responsible for various administrative functions relating to Group Retirement Plans including RRSP, RPP, DPSP, and Investment Only. You will work closely with Group Retirement Services Customer Service Specialists to assist them in their day-to-day caseload administration

What you will do:

Handling member plan maintenance on GPAS Timely processing and distribution of incoming mail Mail preparation responsibilities - opening, date stamping and prepping for scanning. Preparation of material to be mailed out to members and clients

What you will bring:

Customer Service focused with a positive can do attitude Strong communication skills - both written and verbal Organized and able to work in a dynamic and changing environment Self-motivated with an ability to effectively multi-task and be comfortable with tight deadlines; results oriented, attention to details Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach to teamwork Ability to work comfortably with Microsoft products (i.e. Excel, Word) Knowledge of investment/retirement arrangements and/or business processes within GRS would be an asset Experience with the GPAS and system would be an asset

The base salary for this position is between

$36,100.00

- $48,800.00

annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
