Responsibilities



Provide outstanding client service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive experience for every client. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, resolve issues, and address complaints with empathy and efficiency. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as sales and technical support, to offer complete solutions to clients. Keep accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the client management system. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any pending issues. Identify and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department for quick and effective resolutions. Stay up-to-date with the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to clients. Participate in continuous training to enhance client service skills and product knowledge. Constantly seek ways to improve processes and elevate the overall client experience.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a client service or support role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional tone. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex client inquiries effectively. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate across departments. Proficiency in using client service software and CRM tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills. A client-first mindset with a genuine desire to improve client satisfaction at every opportunity. Bilingual skills (English and French) are an asset, depending on location.
