POSITION SUMMARY



To Provide administrative, troubleshooting and daily operational support through management of assigned tasks and reporting.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS SUMMARY

Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets using vlookup and pivot tables, including other data management software Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice Be strongly skilled in data entry and customer service including basic math and reporting skills Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs Support sales staff by completing and processing sales - (listing, promotional forms etc.) Provide all necessary data to Key Account Teams upon request and attend meetings between departments Support in all Trade show planning and execution Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request Uploading CRM system with sales data and customer details Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Update and maintain office policies and procedures Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers Collecting and cataloging the certificates for our vendors Mail outs (regular mail, holiday boxes, samples, replacement products etc.) Coordinating brand sample deliveries to head office and outside reps
PREFERRED SKILLS

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistantor Office Admin Assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Knowledge of CRM Systems(Salesforce, Tableau) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday
Experience:

Administrative: 1 year (preferred) Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
