Client Sales Representative

Please note: this role is not remote. Candidates must be able to commute to and work on-site at our Saint John office each day.

Responsibilities of the Client Sales Representative:



Guiding clients through each stage of the sales process, from initial outreach to final agreement Understanding the "why" behind client needs, then presenting tailored solutions that reflect their goals Representing our brand across multiple sectors, including home services, automotive care, and more Staying sharp on current offerings and market shifts so you can confidently recommend the best options Track interactions and provide feedback to continuously improve our sales strategies and customer experience Creating a smooth, positive experience at every touchpoint, earning repeat business and referrals Consistently reaching and surpassing performance goals, backed by strong support and training

Strong communication skills with the confidence to initiate conversations and present solutions. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service. A results-driven approach with the ability to turn interest into action. Adaptability and the ability to balance in-store responsibilities with team collaboration. Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset but not required, the training will be provided. Full-time availability with reliable transportation to our office and assigned retail locations.
