Job Description

As a

Client Risk Manager

, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage the KYC Quality Assurance (QA) program by implementing and refining the QA framework, optimizing the feedback process to improve compliance and minimize operational risk, and delivering timely reports on trends and root causes to support informed business decision-making. Oversee the day-to-day KYC operations, including case allocation, capacity management, troubleshooting with on and offshore teams and liaising with engagement teams Oversee and improve KYC processes, drive quality and consistency ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Lead the end-to-end delivery of various KYC strategic initiatives and ensure quality of deliverables is in line with program expectations Support team leadership to resolve issues which prevent effective team working, especially during a time of change Support development and delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives, including deployment of new technologies and compliance requirements Ad-hoc projects determined from time to time, including the provision of general support to other KYC activities Being part of a large cross-functional team, and the opportunity of working with One Firm Risk leaders, engagement teams and project teams Contribute directly to the firm in achieving its performance goals, especially regarding growth, leading firm and quality Engage in a solutions-focused, cohesive and vibrant team
