Name and description of the hiring department

Bell Canada Enterprise Security is responsible for establishing, implementing, administering and enforcing the company\'s security policies through various initiatives, including the establishment of a new BCE Anti-Fraud program. This team is responsible for establishing and maintaining the program based on the COSO framework, aimed at protecting the company\'s assets and customers from fraud-related risks and incidents.

Under the direction of the Senior Manager Business Process \xe2\x80\x93 Risk Advisory, who is responsible for fraud governance, risk and compliance, the Client Representative Project Coordination will be responsible for leading mini-projects within or around the Anti-Fraud Program. In addition, on a monthly basis, the coordinator will be responsible for producing the required data/management reports. In connection with these reports, the assistant will be required to perform data extraction (SAP/BI and other internal systems), analyze this data and include any necessary changes to the various reports.

Job Duties / Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and track the various steps related to the execution of team tasks (including but not limited to the development of Anti-Fraud governance, risk assessment, documentation of narratives including the implementation of end-to-end process flow charts, identification of key controls and associated tests, etc.) and other team mini-projects related to the development of the Anti-Fraud Program
  • Prioritize with the help of the Senior Manager and Director, the steps to coordinate and follow their evolution in various applications and Microsoft Excel files
  • Make the fixes as indicated by the Senior Manager to the narrative documentation, and end-to-end process flow in Microsoft Word and Visio
  • Support the needs of the team in project management (degree of completion), by performing, administrative and financial tasks such as budget monitoring, process documentation etc.
  • Extract data (SAP/BI and other internal systems) and reports at the required frequencies. Ensure the reports distribution to the various stakeholders and respond to the various requests for analysis if necessary
  • Participate to the creation of templates in support of the program structure approach (such as forms and excels tracking files etc.)
  • With minimal guidance, collect and analyze information from various sources to ensure its integrity and report any anomalies
The job requires someone who is open to change, has business acumen and is results-oriented. As such, the candidate must be able to manage change while working effectively in a collaborative environment with different business units and team members within the Anti-Fraud group of Bell\'s Security Department.

Essential Qualifications / Competencies
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience (projects, finance and/or reporting, operational and/or SOx controls, process documentation and/or improvement and budget)
  • General understanding of the concepts of project management, governance and operational and financial controls
  • Intermediate level of MS Office Excel (pivot table) \xe2\x80\x93 a validation test will be done during the interview
  • Intermediate level of MS Office Outlook
  • Intermediate level of MS Office Word
  • Ease in learning computer tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to document clearly and effectively
  • Ability to quickly learn from internal systems
  • Consistently exercise judgment, honesty, integrity and discretion
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision or in collaboration with other team members
  • Ability to take on a heavy workload, work under pressure, multi-task, learn and apply knowledge quickly

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies
  • Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Administration, Accounting or a Relevant Field
  • Training related to project management (Gantt chart)
  • Basic level of MS Project
  • Basic level of Visio
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Experience with SAP (an asset)
  • Knowledge of the SOx environment
  • SQL (basic to intermediate level: generate and/or modify queries)
  • Fraud industry certification, an asset (i.e.: CTFS {Certified Telecommunications Fraud Specialist}, CFE {Certified Fraud Examiner}, etc.)
Working Conditions
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday with a work period between 8:00 and 17:00
  • The candidate must obtain a security clearance, which includes a criminal record and credit bureau check
