Client Representative Accounting Experience Required

If you are a talented and experienced Client Representative with experience in an Accounting organization, Aplin has the right opportunity for you! Our downtown Calgary-based client is looking for an individual who enjoys delivering exceptional client service and enhancing operational efficiencies. This role will involve client coordination, managing client documents, scheduling, maintaining databases, and ensuring an excellent client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client documents and follow up as necessary.
- Act as the main point of contact for a select group of clients.
- Schedule jobs using our electronic database (iFirm) and monitor workflow.
- Maintain the client database.
- Handle tasks related to client experience, including inquiries and liaising with the CRA.
- Respond professionally to client inquiries, appointments, invoicing, payments, and feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure sufficient client documentation.
- Assist with billing, tax return eFiling, and process development.
- Facilitate meetings and assist with various administrative tasks.
- 2+ years of experience in a public accounting organization, with iFirm experience as a plus.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Detail-oriented and solution-focused.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and in a team.
